The BC785D and 250D are _not_ APCO25 compatible. You'll need a BCx96D or
Pro96, but no sense in spending the money now on something that'll only be
cheaper down the road.

There's no advantage to getting on the bandwagon late. I have a Pro96 yet my
county is switching to a narrowband EDACS which the Pro96 doesn't get.
Should I sell my scanner now or enjoy the Pro96 til the time comes when they
flip the switch and call HamStation to get one shipped within days?
