[ScanIndiana] Safe-T at South Bend

Radioreference.com has incorrect info for the Safe-T site at South Bend.
Someone erroneuosly cloned the Pinola site exactly and labelled it as South
Bend. Not possible since they are only 30-40 miles apart. Below are the
freqs from FCC, which have been submitted as corrections to that site, along
with the activity info that follows:
0855.7375, 0856.7625, 0856.9375, 0857.7625, 0858.7625, 0859.7625, 0860.7625

Control channel use confirmed on 860.7625. 

Activity confirmed on 856.7625 and 858.7625. Have only heard 12672 - Bremen
Post dispatch on that site so far. Will be back in the area again thurs and
friday, and hope to confirm more then. Site appears to have good audio.
Monitored along Cleveland Road / Toll Road from Main St Mishawaka to US31
Michigan state line.
