OK, Tim, 463.500 MHz right now and probably all night. It appears to be
a single frequency LTR system. There are a bunch of cab drivers
speaking French and English.
If you think a system might be LTR then monitor when no one is talking.=20
You'll hear the repeater key up exactly every 10 seconds. That's the
system status which lets LTR radios know the system is within range and
available. (Multi-site LTR radios can automatically switch to another
system if they go out of range. When out of range most LTR radios drop
to simplex on the output of their home frequency.)
