[ScanIndiana] SAFE-T observations

I took a short trip to Indy yesterday and found a few interesting discoveries 
with my pro 96. since the pro 96 shows system id and all the central SAFE-T 
sites are 7829. from Lebanon to Lowell I found these FREQs with control ch's a 
sysid of A40A
868.875 867.8875 868.95 868.8625 868.925 868.375 
868.375 is in Lowell as it was full signal there with no antenna on the 
radio. Also I heard traffic from control ch 868.8625 on talkgroups 12432 D 14 12352 
D13 Lowell & 12400 ?? All digital. I am wondering if A40A could be the system 
id for the North system? Also the old D14 analog system is not up and has a 
failsoft beeping on 858.7125.
