"X" units are only headquarters if it was the State Police you were
listening to. I don't know how DNR is set up in Indiana, but in Michigan
they have their own "enforcement" for the various fishing, hunting, and
environmental regulations. DNR may have it's own numbering so their "X"
units are sonething else entirely..
