[ScanIndiana] NSPPAC channels

Not sure if this has been posted to the list or not...

Noticed on the dispatch console at Bremen

508-NPSCALL  (866.0125  PL 156.7)
508-NPSTAC4  (868.0125  PL 156.7)
7-NPSCALL  (same as above)
7-NPSTAC4  (same as above)

I'm assuming 508 and 7 are tower sites (Lowell and Elkhart).  Has anyone 
copied any traffic on these NW Interagency channels?  I've been told ISP 
units can talk direct with Michigan SP units on these channels.  Also, 
noticed a TG of ISP 24 ATG.  I don't have an ID for this one, it's an All 
Talk Group Dispatch TG.
