     Thanks Jim, I was wondering if D11 had abandoned their VHF freq or not. 
  I'm a little far South to hear the South Bend tower reliable enough to 
decode P25.  I'm curious to see when South Bend, St Joe, and Mishawaka are 
coming aboard.  Thought I read sometime by the summer.
