[ScanIndiana] Brickyard 400 report

I rented a set of earmuffs from a stand at the track. They "gave" me a Freq list that was right on as well. 
Even better the UTC codes were on it. It was nice hearing the race teams and not some cab or trucking co
on their frequency. I know you can set the codes as you listen but it was nice to program them in the night before.
