Thanks for the reply, David.  I usually can bearly pick up district 52's
control channel here.  Maybe I need to check into some other antenna
options.

ISP-52 tower on Post Rd.  Their license indicates the newly added SAFE-T
freqs are multiplexed into the NPSPAC conventional repeater array.

I'm in Speedway.  Can't hear it very well on the BC235 with rubber
duck.  BC235 is locked onto it fine with a quarter wave Maxrad 800
omni.  And it's full scale on my other radio's signal meter with the
beam pointed SE.
