If Rob or Matt will take their PRO-96 out there, then we will know for
sure.  The sheriff's department down here tried telling me that the system
in Johnson County was 9600.  That roughly translated to "We really don't
want you listening in, so no need to get that 250D, OK???"

Hopefully the PRO-96 will display the type of control channel it is,
instead of just decoding it.
