Thanks. So their system is part of the statewide Safe-T system, yet the only
one fully encrypted? I notice that others are able to monitor the statewide
system elsewhere fine -- just seems strange for one county to fully encrypt!
Too bad... I thought that since trunkedradio.net listed the fire talkgroups
that it meant they were clear.
