Hello To All, On Monday 10-28-03, around 4:30 PM, while searching on the
Indianapolis Dist 52 Safe-t, I found the following talk group  4688, ISP
Radio techs talking about the upcomming systems they are working on and
when they will be on line, I overheard a conversation talking about Dist
14 Laffayette Post, Car 1 of the State Police wants Dist 14 on the new
system by the end of the year, This means that Dist 14 will be on
dightal, there was also a conversation overheard talking about the other
post that will be coming on line.A very interesting conversation was
