[ScanIndiana] ISP District 51 Pendleton New Talkgroups

The following new talkgroups were heard on the ISP District 51 trunked
system.
All were broadcast in the analog mode and are DOC.

I have not identified which of the three DOC Facilities here in
Pendleton yet.
They are The Pendleton Corectional Facility [Reforatory], The CIF
Corectional Industrial Facility, and the
Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility.

The talkgroups are 2352, 2640, 2624, 2320.

I will update as more information is available.
