I think Tim is looking for talkgroups on the Indy site.  The Indy site
isn't fully operational.  It only has one voice frequency (855.2375) at
this point.  And District 52 is still on their old trunked system.

There are many new talkgroups showing up on the Indy site that are not
listed on trunkedradio.net.  And, I'd remain very skeptical of the State
Police talkgroups listed on trunkedradio.net until they're confirmed. 
The talkgroups have been listed on trunkedradio.net since before any of
those SAFE-T sites were built let alone active.  Terre Haute seems to be
on 4xxx talkgroups but trunkedradio.net listing shows them being on
12xxx-13xxx.  And District 52 has multiple dispatch TGs listed yet they
aren't on SAFE-T at all.  All that seems a little fishy to me.
