[ScanIndiana] Talk Groups for Ind Dept of Highways

I've been kind of a lurker out here for a while, as I haven't
really had much to input that most of you guys don't already
know (most likely).

While part of the fun of scanning may indeed be some investigation,
I'd say that they put a speaker onto a scanner for you to be
able to HEAR something.  If the point of scanning was to spend
all your time digging around for information, don't you
think you'd have an internet keyboard attached to the scanner?  :-)

It seems to me that a group like this one should *SHARE* information
on such matters to increase the LISTENING ENJOYMENT of other
scannists, not to effectively tell them "don't come here for
info. but go get it yourself".  If such a group isn't sharing
information, then why exist?

Back to lurking until I have something else relevant to say....
