A note to new list members:

Police simplex update pertains to virtually all police agencies inside
Marion county (and one or two in Johnson county also).  Most or all of it is
illegal due to lack of licensing and/or use of non type accepted equipment.
The FCC was contacted in August of 2002 and receives updates as well.
Eventually all illegal activity will cease.  Until that time I post new
frequencies as I find them.
