Based on my experience with construction industry, Nextel has just about taken 
over the dispatch and person-to-person functions that used to be handled by 
radio systems. On the other hand, you may pick something up on the UHF 
itinerant frequencies and possibly on FRS frequencies.

ACE is the consulting engineer. My guess is that they will have some people on-
site working with the contractor, but won't be directly involved with setting 
steel and pouring concrete.
