[ScanIndiana] Hyperfix Frequencies

According to the hyperfix website, American Consulting Inc (ACE) is
helping with consultation on hyperfix.  There are two listings that seem
to match in the FCC database, but both emission types are 19.6 KHz FM
Data.

My guess is that they will be on either the District 52 trunked system, or
the District 99 (Indiana Government Center) system.

Maybe someone else has more specific information.
