[ScanIndiana] (no subject)

I have a question. Does anyone know anything about a
Regency Inf 2 Informant, and how it works? I picked
one up at a second hand store, and it has no manual.
It lights up and the weather receiver works, but I
need to know how it is programmed, and how it
functions. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
