[ScanIndiana] Nashville/Columbus Area - 153.665

I was in Nashville (IN) on Saturday night, and heard what appeared to be a
radar speed enforcement operation on 153.665.   I can't find this as a
license in the State of Indiana, but IndyScan says it is a D.O.T. freq. in
Nashville.

It sounded like a quick-drop repeater, but may have been a mobile repeater.
>From the strength, I thought it must be very local.   The speeds were
basically 65-68 mph "in a 50" zone, so maybe I was hearing a repeater in the
area of Brown Co. State Park (Rts 46 and 135)?

Any thoughts or anyone know if this is a common use of the freq 153.665?  I
could not tell if it was Brown Co., Indiana St. Police, etc., but don't
believe it was being used by D.O.T. at 10 pm on a Saturday night.
