I send Mr. Hollingworth an updated list about once a month.  His replies
have been brief and few.  A while back he asked me to print up the current
update, sign it, and fax it to him.  I did so but haven't heard anything
from him recently.  I thought about encouraging others to do some monitoring
and submit their findings as well but decided against it.  If anyone else
feels so motivated I certainly don't discourage them though.  He must have
done something a while back because only a day or two had passed after
sending the fax when I began to hear tac traffic regarding officers telling
each other to pull their radios and antennae out whenever they take their
cars in for any kind of service at the garage.  It didn't occur to me
immediately but someone else pointed out to me that this clearly states they
know what they are doing is wrong.  I fear Mr. Hollinsworth is dragging his
feet on this whole thing, I could be completely wrong though.  It could just
be bureuacratic red tape slowing things to a crawl.  I am confident the
everything will be resolved eventually.
