about 2 weeks ago a motor vehicle accident near the airport may lead to 
terrorism. a mid-eastern man was trying to pay cash to the other person to 
drop it all and avoid the police. the man kept trying to keep police from his 
car so they searched it and found flight plans, manuals, and things of the 
like.  i havent heard anything about this since it happened. this was on all 
the news stations here in indy. it was a marion county deputy that came 
across this. he said the subject was very co-opertive.
