[ScanIndiana] How to Pro -92

Hey Guys,
I have a friend that bought a pro- 92 and he is having trouble
programming it for MECA-1.

If someone could send me a step by step on how to program this radio
that would be great.
(off list would be cool.)
All I have is uniden stuff and programming the pro-92 is all greek to me
: )
And doing this over the phone makes it just that more difficult : )
But any help will very much be appreciated
