Try listening to the K9JSI repeater (146.610 MHz).  The La Porte Amateur Radio Club will be assisting with the communications again this year.  As for the fly-over,  I wouldn't know for sure.  I have been trying the last few years and could never get it.  But if you do find it, let me know.
