The problem with generalities is that they are, well, so general.

I drive I-65 every day from Lafayette Road to either the West Street or 
Illinois Street exits. No construction. In fact, now that Hyperfix is on, I 
think the traffic on I-65 is better in the morning than it used to be.

Now, back to the subject of this thread, I've spotted two other towers 
being constructed on interstate highway right-of-way. One is at I-65 and 
West Street and the other is at I-70 and Airport Expressway.

It seems like the one on I-65 is taking a long time. The site work was done 
and the transmitter shack was set at least a month ago. The tower is going 
up at a rate of about one section a week. It didn't take long for the local 
"artists" to discover the transmitter shack. There's some interesting 
graffiti on the west wall of the building.
