[ScanIndiana] ISP-51 two-tone?

 ISP sets off those tones to alert the other departments in its
jurisdiction.  Whereas D51 is Pendleton, I am going to guess the alerts were
for the massive flooding in Hamilton, Tipton and Howard Counties and its
impact.

If you listen during the day, at least once a month. ISP Indy will tone out
on Point for an EMS test, where all counties must respond.  It's been 14
years now, but I have replied "Bartholomew County extends" many a time.
