As far as I know, the added a totally new site.  My Motorola radio
definitely sees it as a site, and can lock onto it or roam through it.  It
definitely improves coverage up in that area.  In fact, sitting here in
Bargersville, I just queried my radio, and it is currently locked onto the
Greenwood site, which clearly has the stronger signal of the three sites
at this time.
