Yes, Clermont police are dispatched on county west primary on MECA system I
(talkgroup 4848).  You can also catch them on county west car to car 1 and 2
also (talkgroups 5424 and 5392 respectively).  Clermont police unit numbers
are 20xx.  Clermont police also (illegally) use 154.905 for simplex
chit-chat.  Clermont has no fire department and contracts Wayne township
fire.  My guess is fire runs would  normally be dispatched to station 885 at
7981 West Crawfordsville Road.  Wayne talkgroups (also on MECA system I) are
