Just to be clear...  I'm not 100% sure SAFE-T cell 31 is in Montgomery
County.  However, Matt seems to think it is.  It's a reasonable
conclusion given limited information.  It does seem to be NorthWest of
me.  Problem is knowing distance.  Crawfordsville and two closer
proposed sites are the same bearing from my location.  So, I've been
trying to refer to the sites by their internal ID just in case our
locations for them aren't correct.  I'm afraid any information about
SAFE-T we will get is whatever we can find for ourselves.

Unfortunately, I get 0% copy on cell 31.  Once it warms up a bit I'll
improve my antenna situation.
