I think we are getting some confusion here. It sounds like what some folks
are calling "I-CALL" is what is sometimes referred to as an "individual
call" or "private call", as I think Motorola calls them. These ARE on
trunked systems, where one individual radio can talk to another individual
radio on a "private channel", without other users of the system hearing the
conversation. However, evidently what the original question was about was
the mutual aid non-trunked freqs.
Hopefully I didn't "muddy" things further.
