Tim,
You'll have to program your 780 for I-call. They are
on a Motorola System II.  All of the talkgroups you
can get from the IndyScan Website.  Although I have
real good luck having my 780 on a trunked search mode
w/ I-call programmed, with no talkgroups entered.  You
receive a little extra "garbage", other than police
traffic, doing it that way (ie.INDOT, Indy TMC, Dept
of Corrections) but those can be easily locked out.
