I don't know.  A lot of that depends on the type of antenna being used,
and how high it is, as well as it's gain and what type of coax you are
using.  My guess is that Franklin would be a bit noisy.  Whether or not
you will get goon enough reception to decode the digital modulation is
unknown.  My advice is to give it a try, and report back to the list with
your results.
