[ScanIndiana] Burrrr...

You should have heard the scanner during a blizzard
last winter while I was living in Alaska. TOTAL
SILENCE. They are so used to it, they never pay it any
attention. Most of the chatter was from the
roadgrader/snowplows talking about moose in their way.
Very different world there, and scanners were legal
too. One sat on the dash of my truck all the time.
Just thought you guys might want a little
"comparison".
