XM Radio's FCC License says:
  Callsign: E000158
  2332.5-2345 MHz
  7056.845-7074.869 MHz 
  Emission Type: 1M84G1W
  Modulation: AUDIO CONTENT, ANCILLARY DATA, QPSK

You can find their FCC info by searching for their callsign using ULS or
you can try this (hideously long) URL:

I've seen someone claim these were "the" XM terrestrial freqs:
  2337.485 MHz
  2340.015 MHz

But with thousands of terrestrial stations being deployed I'd imagine
they'll be using many other frequencies within their licensed frequency
block.
