You do realize that you'll only be able to monitor fire and such with
the BC245, right?  Police, emergency management and such are all

Wow, good call!  On two fronts.  Firstly, Franklin (WPUQ786) appears to
be running unlicensed on some frequencies!!!  Secondly, IndyScan and my
frequency listings are both outdated.

I'm looking at my screen right now and I see these frequencies in use:
  867.0375
  867.2875
  867.5625
  868.9750 - Control Channel
  867.6500
  868.9000 - Alternate Control Channel
