[ScanIndiana] New SAFE-T sites in Indianapolis, Newport, Greencastle, Terre Haute

Can anyone confirm the status of the Newport and Terre Haute SAFE-T 
sites I have listed below?  I'm able to monitor Indianapolis and Greencastle 
directly.  I haven't listened during the daytime.  But, I will try tomorrow.


Greencastle is on the air and in minimal use.  Indianapolis is not yet on the 
air but I've heard construction will be completed before the end of August.  


WPYE544 license application attachment for Indianapolis and Greenwood suggests 
that all the below sites (and maybe some others) need to be fully operational 
before October 2003 in preparation for any problems at the US Army Newport facility.
