You won't find the New Castle District or Huntington District tracks
anywhere near Kendallville, although you may be able to pick up the
latter line's dispatcher with an external antenna from there.

For the CSX frequencies, Auburn is actually the dividing point for the
"tone up the dispatcher" frequencies.

161.370 east of Auburn
160.290 west of Auburn
160.320 is used in the Garrett Yard mostly for switching moves
161.160 is the Garrett Yardmaster

Also, you should be able to pick up the Indiana Northeastern from
K'ville on 161.100.  Their line runs just outside the northern edge of
Noble County.
