The main 2 track line through Kendallville is Norfolk Southern. 
Frequency is still 160.800.  Conrail was acquired by CSX and NS
on June 1, 1999.

The other 2 frequencies would be for the CSX line that runs through
Albion.  160.230 is the main road frequency and 160.290 is used to call
up the dispatcher.
