Most of us in the Communications Hobby know the laws or should ,  But  why 
do some air the dirty laundry out in public , I would never tell You what I 
do in the privacy of My home Bedroom , Wife would say nothing,  But I see 
info like this after 9-11 .

The FCC's Riley Hollingsworth today suggested that the amateur community 
remain calm but ready. He invited amateurs monitoring any suspicious radio 
activity to
contact him via e-mail, and he will relay relevant information to the FCC 
duty team. "You never know," he said. He advised monitors to tape such 
radio traffic, if
possible.

The only reason the Anti Cell and Cordless,  Yes Cordless Laws were  put in 
place because , People cannot keep their Mouth shut about what they Heard 
,  but it is Hard to accidently hear on scanner  a baby monitor  of your 
Nice Neighbor Abusing a Child and you not wanting to Say something About it 
, but re member, We are now living in a  society of getting sued for 
everything ,

Just listen enjoy this great Communications Hobby and Keep Your MOUTH 
Shut  And the only reason I made the comment about in the First place is 
that  a 83 yr old Communications listener  , told Me Young Man,  if anyone 
dos not want Me to Listen , Keep the Signals off of Me and My property.
