You have got to be out of your mind! Don't you
ever read what you type? You claim to work for a
TV station in Indy and you have not heard about
laws concerning cell phone monitoring? How about
the news story that made headlines around the
world: COUPLE TAPES NEWT GINGRICH CELL PHONE
CONVERSATIONS. THEY WERE ARRESTED, CHARGED, AND
CONVICTED OF VIOLATING LAWS PROHIBITING
MONITORING CELL PHONES. DUH!!

NOW EVERY COP IN INDY WILL BE WANTING TO PULL YOU
OVER TO SEE IF YOUR SCANNING RADIO IS MODIFIED TO
RECEIVE CELL PHONE FREQS. EXPECT A LETTER FROM
THE FCC ALSO.
