Perhaps some of us need to gather in the vicinity of the speedway Sunday and 
test our UHF gear in preparation for an emergency situation, utilizing 
select frequencies in the 440 MHz HAM band. Observing proper radio 
procedure, of course.  To minimize outside interference, a selection of 
subaudible tones should probably also be tested on a rotating basis.
