This is the input to the AB9D airport repeater.  I have had to turn the tone
access on the repeater to lock them out.  In any case it appears they are
not ham operators but commercial operations, not legal in this country on
that frequency.

I have not been able to determine their repeater input frequency yet and it
sounds like they are using digital encoded squelch.  The output of their
repeater can be heard clearly in the airport area and I assume on the west
side in general.

This is an illegal operation.  The signal sounds clean and stable so it is
unlikely this is a spurous transmitter output.  If anyone can assist in
getting these high class bootleggers off my repeater input it would be
appreciated.
