[ScanIndiana] Miami County heard in Steuben

I have been actively listening to Miami County on 154.430 most of the day
today...  I would assume that its all due to the weather conditions over the
Atlantic currently bouncing signals around...  I have not looked to see the
size of that county, but they were definitly running on calls most of the
morning...  Sounded as if they had a car crash that burst into flames...
Other channels of interest are, 155.235 (Comstock/Summerset MI.) 155.700,
calls on this one are unknown...  The codes and signals are not common for
Indiana or Michigan...  Been hearing alot of Ohio Post 20 over 155.37
