[ScanIndiana] Anyone Know ISP Peru Post Freqs?

FYI, frequencies in the 40 MHz band behave a lot differently that the ones
above 144 Mhz.  A lot of scanner antennas are not tuned for that frequency &
therefore make reception very difficult.

Another thing to consider...  These are SIMPLEX frequencies and don't
utilize a repeater.  This also makes reception difficult.

Traffic on 42.4200 MHz is easily heard because of the height of the tower
being used.  A lot of the other frequencies are from transmission at ground
level.

After 10+ years of scanning, I have only heard the ground units a handful of
times, but I always hear 42.4200..

Just something to consider when trying to listen to the ISP low-band
frequencies.
