Thanks Larry for reminding me to mention something I should have included in
my notes: sometimes race teams pick frequencies already in use in the area.
While I've never confirmed any such use on 450 or 455 Mhz (and consider it
highly unlikely), I still hold open the possibility.  If you've heard
channel 13 using 450.5125 I believe you.  I've never heard them there but
have heard them on 455.5125.  By the way, does anyone happen to know right
off hand what PL tone Channel 13 uses on 450.5125 and/or 455.5125?
