[ScanIndiana] Indy Airport Parks.......still open after 9-11??

>From I-69, Go to Exit 99, hit the AIRPORT EXPRESSWAY.  Go to Bluffton 
Road/State Road 1.  Turn Right, Turn Right on FERGUSON road.  Go across 
the tracks, and at the end of the wooden fence, you will see the RVR 
meters.  Turn up that drive, and park at the side.

As for what weekends are good for ANG activity, you need civilian 
input.  OPSEC doesn't allow me to say.  :-D
