[ScanIndiana] Indy Airport Parks.......still open after 9-11??

Rick and all,
as of Friday they were blocked off and posted as closed.  I used to really
enjoy watching planes and sometimes just watching the other visitors in the
park was amusing at times.

Hi, all,

I'm going to be in Indy next Saturday near the airport.  Are the airport
parks, where you could park and watch the planes take off and land, still
open?  I'd like to bring my scanner, and maybe my new digital camera.

Any other good airplane spotting/scanning places anyone can recommend?
