Never is a pretty strong word. I always say,           Never say Never
besides theres prob. some 15 y/o computer hack giggling themselves silly

That will _NEVER_ happen with an encrypted system. The codes can't be
broken. And if they are stolen or somehow obtained by those outside the
force, a quick button press resets all the "proper" radios instantly and
renders the renegade received useless.
