[ScanIndiana] scanner law exception

Please someone advise us on the exception of the scanner law in Indiana.

IC 35-44-3-12

(10) a person who possesses or uses a police radio in the normal course =
of the person's lawful business.

I am a State licensed investigator who serves daily federal as well as=20
nationwide court summons and subpoenas. Would this exception apply to =
me?
