[ScanIndiana] New Freqs

I don't see how it would benefit anything. My PRO-93
doesn't need anything more than the control channels
to track Motorola systems. Unlike EDACS, the freq
itself is sent to the radio, I believe, whereas EDACS
is sent a number in the LCN...I could be wrong, but
that's what I've gathered...
